Sr Salesforce Tech Lead

Role Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Senior Technical Lead to lead large-scale Salesforce implementation projects. The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Classic, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and CI/CD tools such as GitLab and AutoRabit. Exposure to the banking or financial services industry is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture Lead end-to-end technical design and architecture for large Salesforce implementations Own solution architecture primarily built on Salesforce Classic Ensure scalability, performance, and security best practices Salesforce Development Design and develop Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and Visualforce Pages Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce coding standards and governor limits Handle complex customizations, integrations, and data migrations CI/CD & DevOps Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments Hands-on experience with GitLab for source control and branching strategies Strong working knowledge of AutoRabit for deployment automation and environment management Team & Stakeholder Management Lead and mentor Salesforce development teams Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery managers Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce development Strong expertise in Salesforce Classic, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and SOQL Experience working on large Salesforce orgs and enterprise-scale programs Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and data architecture DevOps & Tools GitLab – repositories, merge requests, CI pipelines AutoRabit – CI/CD, version control, deployment automation Domain Experience (Good to Have) Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and data security requirements Certifications (Preferred) Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Salesforce Technical Architect (CTA) – good to have At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
