Remote AI Specialist Veteran-Friendly Full Training Provided Tennessee Remote $35 $50/hr No Experience Required ABOUT THE ROLE Artificial intelligence is reshaping every industry and we want veterans at the front of that shift. We're hiring motivated individuals, especially U.S. military veterans honorably discharged between 2012 and 2025, to join our growing AI operations team. No prior AI or tech background required. We provide structured, hands-on training so you can hit the ground running. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist in testing, evaluating, and refining AI tools and workflows
- Label and annotate data to train and improve AI models
- Document AI outputs and flag errors or inconsistencies
- Support prompt engineering and AI content quality review
- Collaborate with technical teams on AI deployment and optimization WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Veterans honorably discharged between strongly encouraged to apply
- No AI or tech experience required full training from day one
- Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and written communication
- Comfortable learning new software tools and digital workflows
- Curiosity about technology, automation, or data is a big plus COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
