As a Technical Support Engineer, you will support the diagnosis and resolution of technical issues reported by internal teams or customers. This role focuses on maintaining platform stability, supporting users, and contributing to effective issue resolution through collaboration and clear communication. What You’ll Do Investigate, troubleshoot, and support resolution of technical issues Communicate clearly with users and stakeholders to guide issue resolution Provide timely and professional support to help maintain a positive user experience Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge bases Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address more complex issues Support ongoing communication with internal or external stakeholders as needed Participate in an on-call rotation to support service continuity What You Bring Experience & Education Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Additional education or certifications are beneficial but not required Technical Skills Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows system administration Experience working with databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL) Exposure to APIs (e.g., REST) and troubleshooting integrations Understanding of container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Helm) is helpful Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., OpenSearch, Elasticsearch) Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) Exposure to cloud environments (e.g., AWS) is beneficial Core Skills Clear communication and ability to explain technical topics to different audiences Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage tasks and priorities in a structured way Experience working independently and collaboratively within a team Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment Additional Information Participation in an on-call rotation may be required Work in an international and collaborative environment Eligibility to work in the country of residence is required Apply To This Job
