This is not a traditional administrative HR role. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, creating structure, and making sure things get done. Tasks What You'll Be Doing As part of our People & Culture team, you will help ensure that employees have a smooth and positive experience from onboarding through their day-to-day journey with Azurreo. Your responsibilities will include: HR Operations & Employee Administration Preparing employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and HR documentation. Maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files. Monitoring contract renewals and probation periods. Tracking employee leave balances and HR-related data. Supporting monthly payroll preparation and validation. Employee Support Acting as a first point of contact for employee questions and requests. Following up on HR-related inquiries and ensuring timely responses. Coordinating with managers and internal stakeholders when needed. Helping employees navigate HR processes and policies. Onboarding & Employee Experience Coordinating onboarding activities for new team members. Following up on required documentation and onboarding milestones. Supporting initiatives that improve employee engagement and experience. Coordinating internal communications such as public holiday announcements, birthdays, and company updates. Process Improvement Helping improve and streamline HR processes. Supporting the development of a growing People & Culture function. Contributing ideas and solutions that make work more efficient and employee-focused.

Requirements

What We're Looking For Required 1–3 years of professional experience in HR, administration, operations, coordination, customer support, office management, or similar roles. Professional working proficiency in both English and Arabic. Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. High level of discretion and professionalism.

Nice to Have

French language skills. Previous HR or People Operations experience. Experience working in multicultural or international environments. Who Will Thrive in This Role? Respond to employee inquiries promptly and professionally. Ensure contracts and HR documentation are issued on time. Maintain accurate employee records and leave balances. Proactively follow up on probation reviews and contract renewals. Deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
