Our Clinical Services team sits at the heart of that mission — delivering safe, high-quality care through structured digital pathways. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join us full-time in a remote capacity. We’re pretty lucky this is the norm and not the exception for us/ In this role you’ll use your strong problem solving and communication skills to support a wide range of patients via telehealth and improve their care and access to a variety of healthcare solutions. This role is available on a full-time basis, and will include weekend work. Preferably split across Saturday and Sunday. What you’ll do On a day to day basis you will: Manage new and existing patients throughout their journey Review patient information, including questionnaires or health inquiries, to determine eligibility for specific treatment plans Conduct calls or video conferences with patients to provide clinical education, advice, and assistance Assess patient symptoms, triage concerns when needed, and provide appropriate clinical guidance Collaborate with medical practitioners, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and other team members to ensure coordinated patient care Share feedback for constant improvement of systems and processes to improve patient experience Experience you’ll bring The ideal candidate will have: Current practising certificate without restrictions from AHPRA Recent primary health care experience including in men’s health (ideally hair loss, sexual health, skincare, weight loss and mental health) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent technological skills Keen interest in Telemedicine, men’s health and cosmetic medicine Must be okay with shift work including weekends Highly regarded Experience in telehealth or digital health Exposure to men’s health, dermatology, weight management or sexual health Familiarity with asynchronous models of care Working with Mosh & Moshy Fully remote working model Established digital infrastructure and patient base Clear clinical governance and escalation pathways Collaborative virtual care team Access to on-demand training and development Up to 16 weeks paid parental leave Product discounts Two extra paid leave days during our annual office closure Purpose leave (mental health or L&D) EAP and wellbeing programs ClassPass discount Our work makes a real, positive impact on the lives of others How to apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your interest in the position and relevant skills/experience.
