Summary

Be part of a high-performing sales team while driving growth in an assigned territory. This role involves hands-on sales execution to deliver exceptional results and strengthen Vantive’s market presence. The Sales Rep will report directly to the Regional Sales Supervisor. This role requires the candidate to be located in Valladolid or Salamanca area. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Achieve sales and financial targets aligned with company objectives. Design and implement business plans to expand the customer base and ensure strong market presence. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, advocacy groups, and decision-makers. Build long-lasting partnerships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. Develop deep industry expertise and stay informed on market trends. Collect, maintain, and analyze sales, customer, and market data to identify opportunities. Continuously improve sales force efficiency through reporting and performance metrics (Boost/Tableau). Provide input into budgetary and planning processes; monitor performance and address variances. Collaborate closely with Technical Service, Tender, Marketing, and Customer Service teams. Monitor tenders within the area of responsibility. Operate with high integrity and comply with Vantive policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proven selling techniques and perseverance. Decision-making and accountability. Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken) Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office; experience with Boost/Salesforce preferred. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; scientific or medical background strongly preferred. Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the healthcare industry, hospital environment, or medical device sales.
