As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a key role in building and scaling the systems that power our lending platform - from origination to servicing and collections. You’ll drive impact by developing high-performance Salesforce solutions, improving system reliability, and enabling our teams to operate efficiently at scale. Your work will directly support our growth while reinforcing our commitment to service, integrity, and results. This role reports to the Salesforce Engineering Manager and contributes to our core Salesforce and platform engineering initiatives. What Success Looks Like: Here’s how your time might break down (actual time can shift depending on business needs): Code Quality & System Reliability – Low defect rates, high unit test coverage, and stable platform performance Feature Delivery – Consistent, predictable delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions Cross-Functional Impact – Strong collaboration with Product, QA, and Engineering partners How you’ll be measured: Build & Deliver Scalable Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and APIs Own System Performance & Stability: Ensure platform reliability, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize system performance Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product Managers, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions You’re a Strong Fit if You: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to detail Thrive working independently while collaborating across a global, distributed team Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Bring a natural curiosity and a continuous learning mindset aligned with Greenbox culture Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving fintech environment What You’ve Done Before: 3+ years of Salesforce development experience Proven success delivering scalable Salesforce solutions in production environments Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Background in fintech, lending, or MCA platforms is strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred Tools and Expertise You’ll Bring: Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Understanding of CI/CD processes, Git, and deployment best practices Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (APIs, web services) Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps is a plus What to Expect from Our Interview Process We believe in a respectful, efficient, and transparent hiring experience.
