We’re looking for a Strategist, SEO to support our Customer Strategy Managers, who lead client relationships and drive performance across top marketplace platforms. As a Strategist, you’ll play a key role in shaping campaign strategies, launching and managing campaigns, uncovering actionable insights, and ensuring clear, impactful communication with both clients and internal teams. REQUIREMENTS: 2–3+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or performance marketing campaigns (SEO and Listing Optimization mainly) 1–2+ years of experience working with marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Mercado Livre, Instacart, etc Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPS Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns, extract insights, and drive data-informed decisions in an ROI-driven industry Excellent organizational and project management skills, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail Fluent in English (spoken and written), with strong communication skills for client and internal interactions WHAT YOU’LL DO: You’ll work closely with our Customer Strategy Managers to translate client business goals into effective listing and feed optimization strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to improve ad relevance, conversion rates, and overall media efficiency across marketplaces. This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to performance-driven SEO and feed optimization, collaborating with a team that values strategic thinking, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Monitor listing and feed performance on a regular basis, identifying trends—both positive and negative—that may impact paid media efficiency, relevance, or conversion. Proactively alert Customer Strategy Managers to any significant findings or risks. Participate in customer calls (monthly, quarterly, or as needed) to support discussions around listing quality, feed structure, and performance implications, ensuring timely follow-ups, clear communication, and delivery of insights tied to ad performance rather than generic SEO metrics. Analyze cross-channel impact, understanding how listing and feed changes influence performance across Amazon Ads, Google Shopping, and other paid media channels, and help optimize strategy holistically. Maintain strong, clear, and proactive communication with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment between content, feeds, and paid media execution. Generate new ideas and suggest improvements to listing structures, product attributes, feed logic, and workflows, leveraging existing and emerging technology to enhance performance and streamline processes. Stay informed on marketplace and feed-related updates, including Amazon listing requirements, Google Merchant Center policies, and feed diagnostics, and share actionable insights with both internal teams and clients. Engage in product and technology discussions, providing feedback on SEO and feed optimization tools, workflows, and strategies that could enhance client outcomes and media efficiency. Conduct proactive listing and feed analyses to identify optimization opportunities, propose performance-driven recommendations, and clearly demonstrate value to clients. Develop and execute listing and feed optimization plans aligned with client goals, leveraging Quartile’s technology to improve relevance, conversion, and return on ad spend. Provide product and user experience feedback to internal teams, ensuring continuous enhancement of Quartile’s SEO optimization capabilities and tooling. Stay up to date on industry trends related to marketplaces, feeds, and performance-driven SEO, applying new insights and innovations to refine strategies and maximize client success.
