Regional Sales Manager

MUTOH America, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead territory growth across the Southeast U.S. This remote role is responsible for driving sales of wide-format printers, supplies, and services through new business development, dealer and reseller relationship management, and channel enablement. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in print industry sales, particularly with large-format printers, and is skilled at identifying market opportunities, growing revenue, and supporting reseller success. This position reports to the Director of Sales and is based within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and expand market share across the Southeast region for wide-format printers, supplies, and services. Develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing dealers, resellers, and key accounts. Build, manage, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, including weekly and monthly forecasts. Conduct product demonstrations and consult with prospective customers to recommend solutions that best meet their needs. Introduce new products and services to existing accounts and support adoption within the territory. Train, coach, and support resellers and their sales teams with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. Partner with marketing and product teams to develop samples and sales support materials for reseller channels. Address product claims, complaints, and customer concerns promptly, helping coordinate appropriate resolution and corrective action. Keep channel partners informed about competitive activity, pricing, promotions, sales strategies, and emerging market opportunities. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activity, pipeline progress, and territory performance. Travel as needed for reseller visits, dealer events, trade shows, and company sales meetings. Qualifications 5–7+ years of experience in large-format printer sales or a closely related industry. Proven success in business development, territory growth, and account management. Experience building and maintaining strong client, dealer, and reseller relationships. Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and engage prospective channel partners. Highly organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional presence and strong customer service skills when working with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Physical Requirements This role may require bending, sitting for extended periods, lifting, driving, and air travel.
