Workforce Management Consultant (contract)

Responsibilities

  • Perform workforce management functions including capacity planning, workforce scheduling, and real-time adherence monitoring
  • Utilize NiCE IEX for workforce management activities
  • Analyze data and generate appropriate reporting to support workforce decisions
  • Support workforce operations through data-driven insights and analytics

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of recent, hands-on experience with NiCE IEX
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in capacity planning, workforce scheduling, and real-time adherence monitoring
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience within a healthcare provider environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
