Code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices in smart contract security will be a core part of your responsibilities. You'll also play a role in researching and integrating new blockchain technologies and protocols to enhance our platform's capabilities. Performance optimization of smart contracts and ensuring scalability are critical. Experience with layer-2 scaling solutions and cross-chain interoperability is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cryptography, distributed systems, and blockchain fundamentals. Proficiency in Solidity and experience with development frameworks like Truffle, Hardhat, or Foundry are essential. Familiarity with other smart contract languages such as Vyper or Rust (for Solana/Polkadot) is advantageous. A proven track record of deploying smart contracts to mainnet is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for decentralized technologies are paramount.
