Job Summary: The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Medical Transcriptionist / Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. • * Transcribe medical reports, summaries, consultations, and patient history accurately and efficiently.
• * Listen to audio recordings from healthcare professionals and document the information verbatim.
• * Enter transcribed data into EHR systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
• * Assist healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters, including medical histories, physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• * Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency in all documentation, adhering to established guidelines and medical terminology.
• * Ensure the confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• * Review and edit documents for accuracy, grammar, and clarity.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Excellent command of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• * Proficient typing speed and attention to detail.
• * Strong listening skills and the ability to transcribe audio recordings accurately.
• * Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare documentation practices.

• * High level of professionalism and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• * Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
• Experience:
• * Prior experience as a Medical Transcriptionist or Medical Scribe preferred, but not required.
• * Experience working with EHR systems and transcribing medical documentation is a plus.
• * Healthcare industry experience is advantageous, but entry-level candidates with relevant skills will be considered.
• Working Hours: This is a flexible, full-time remote position with the option to choose your working hours. Candidates are expected to meet deadlines and maintain regular communication with the team. Availability during certain hours may be required depending on client needs.
