Logistics Specialist III (Hybrid)

Remote · USA Full-time New today

About the position Uber Freight is seeking a Logistics Specialist III to support transportation operations for a key customer account, with a primary focus on rail operations. While the broader team manages the customer’s full transportation network — including over-the-road freight — this role will primarily support the rail side of the operation and help ensure freight moves efficiently across the network. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, railroads, carriers, shipping sites, and internal teams to manage shipment activity, resolve issues, and provide operational support throughout the transportation lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and building strong working relationships across multiple partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing a high volume of communication and operational tasks throughout the day. This position follows a hybrid schedule based out of our Exton, PA office, working onsite Tuesday through Thursday and remotely Monday and Friday.

  • Follow and execute customer standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Monitor shipment activity and operational KPIs while identifying trends or service concerns
  • Help resolve operational issues between customers, carriers, rail providers, and internal teams
