Our client, a highly respected and innovative early childhood education center, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of child development theories, creative curriculum planning skills, and a genuine love for working with young learners. This position is fully remote, allowing the Lead Teacher to design and implement educational strategies from their home office while maintaining close communication with the center and families. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in accordance with curriculum standards. Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and active learning. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed records and communicating regularly with parents/guardians about their child's development and milestones. Manage classroom routines, transitions, and behavior effectively, fostering a respectful and cooperative atmosphere. Collaborate with assistant teachers and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and high-quality educational program. Maintain open and effective communication with families, building strong partnerships to support the child's learning journey both at home and at school. Ensure the classroom environment is clean, organized, and safe, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Plan and facilitate parent-teacher conferences and family engagement events. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all children, including those with special learning requirements.
