(Remote; Hawaii-licensed) Adjunct Supervising Therapist

We work with all major public and private insurance carriers, including Medicare and MediCaid to ensure that our patients are able to receive timely and affordable care. This position is fully-remote. We are currently seeking a licensed clinician (Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) to provide weekly supervision to our pre-licensed clinical associates. This position comes with a high degree of independence, freedom, and flexibility. You will have the opportunity to pick your hours, and set your own weekly schedule. Responsibilities: In this role, you will provide direct individual supervision for up to 3 associates who are gaining hours towards licensure. You will coordinate with your supervisees to set your schedule based on your own availability. We will be prioritizing applicants who would be able to commit to working with supervisees for at least one year. We prefer to have continuity in supervision when at all possible. We welcome a wide range of modalities of focus and supervision styles. Timely completion of hours for payroll and completion of all required documentation for trainees licensing requirements. (Optional) You are welcome to see clients through our practice as well.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed clinician (Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) with an active Hawaii license.
- Maintain malpractice insurance (Minimum of $1M per incident/$3M aggregate).
