Bilingual Customer Experience Associate (Remote) – Ignition Interlock Device Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Experience Associate to join our remote team and make a meaningful impact.

Job Summary:

As a Bilingual Customer Experience Associate, you'll play a vital role in handling inbound customer interactions, providing exceptional service, and educating our customers on regulations pertaining to their IID requirements. Your primary objective will be to achieve one call resolution, ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our products and services. Key Responsibilities:

* Effectively manage large amounts of incoming customer interactions in both English and Spanish, prioritizing one call resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate and complete information using the right methods and tools.
  • Process customer payments as required, handling transactions efficiently and securely.
  • Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within your abilities.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, maintaining a high level of data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring compliance with arenaflex standards.
  • Ensure customers have the best possible experience, upselling latest products or services as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our team and organization.

Requirements:

* Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or help desk environment
  • Ability to successfully pass all assessments throughout the training period and ongoing training
  • Maintain quality, expediency, performance targets, and good attendance
  • Strong sense of accountability and work ethic, with the ability to manage work independently
  • Superior judgment and critical thinking skills to make well-evaluated decisions regarding state regulations and company operating procedures
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in software applications and systems
  • Positive, resilient, consistent, customer-centric attitude
  • Patient, team-oriented demeanor
  • Open availability to work an 8-hour shift, including nights and some weekends
