Job Description As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in handling inbound customer interactions for major brands, using our provided systems to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a phone-based customer service position that offers schedule flexibility and the ability to provide support from your designated workspace. A multi-step onboarding and client certification process is required before servicing can begin.
