Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced ServiceNow QA Engineer to join its team on a 12-month contract basis. As a ServiceNow QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using relevant tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and reliability of arenaflex's software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using relevant tools, such as ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer success, to identify and resolve defects
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage of arenaflex's software solutions
  • Conduct thorough testing of software products, including functional, regression, and performance testing
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain test data, including test data creation, test data management, and test data validation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process improvements, tool enhancements, and quality metrics
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts, to ensure transparency and accountability

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline

  • Proven experience as a QA Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow Platform and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices
  • Proficiency in creating and executing automated test scripts using relevant tools
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks
  • Experience with cloud-based testing tools and platforms
  • Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Experience with test automation frameworks, such as Selenium or Appium
