As a Seasonal Customer Connection Representative II, you will be an integral part of this team, providing customer-first resolutions, navigating multiple systems and tools to resolve sales and service inquiries. You will be the initial point of contact for the Customer Connection Center, assisting internal and external customers, and gathering data, research issues, and formulating solutions to support our continued growth and customer delight.

Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Connection Representative II, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer-first resolutions, navigating multiple systems and tools to resolve sales and service inquiries
  • Assisting internal and external customers, serving as the initial point of contact for the Customer Connection Center
  • Gathering data, research issues, and formulating solutions to support our continued growth and customer delight
  • Working independently, using analytical and decision-making skills to meet or exceed established service level expectations
  • Embracing change, personal development, and cross-training opportunities to drive success

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Highly confident, proactive problem solver with strong internet navigation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Suite
  • Empathetic and customer-focused, with ability to empathize and acknowledge mistakes
  • Independent worker, comfortable in a fast-paced environment with moderate to advanced technical proficiency
  • Able to work evenings and weekends, with reliable high-speed internet and equipment setup
