Key Responsibilities

As a Manager, arenaflex Store Online Infrastructure Operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical operations experts to ensure a seamless and ever-improving communication experience for customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of technical operations experts: You will be responsible for guiding and directing a team of technical operations experts to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Partnering with product teams: You will work closely with product teams to ideate and define capabilities that advance operational reliability and flexibility, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Providing leadership and direction: You will provide leadership and direction across multiple projects, ensuring that partner needs are met and teams receive clarity and direction.
  • Managing vendor relationships: You will own vendor relationships with IVR suppliers and collaborate with internal IT partner teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Developing and implementing strategies: You will develop and implement strategies to drive performance, improvements, and innovations within the organization, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience leading technical teams: You will need to have at least 5 years of experience leading technical teams in a directly relatable function.
  • Demonstrated capabilities following ITIL or similar models of IT service management: You will need to have demonstrated capabilities following ITIL or similar models of IT service management.
  • Knowledge of multiple Project and Product management methodologies: You will need to have knowledge of and confidence working across multiple Project and Product management methodologies (PMP, SCRUM/Agile, Waterfall).
  • User Acceptance and Production Validation Testing (UAT and PVT) experience: You will need to have experience with User Acceptance and Production Validation Testing (UAT and PVT).

Preferred Qualifications

While the minimum qualifications are essential, we are also looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

  • Strong analytical capabilities: You will need to have strong analytical capabilities to analyze business, find opportunities, trends, and insights.
  • Superb communication skills: You will need to have superb communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) to effectively communicate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience leading technology supplier relationships: You will need to have experience leading technology supplier relationships, including contract reviews and business reviews.
  • Leadership in migrating from premise-based to Cloud-based multimedia interaction platforms: You will need to have leadership experience in migrating from premise-based to Cloud-based multimedia interaction platforms.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and usage of AI, automated decisioning, and alerting and supervising in contact center environments: You will need to have knowledge of industry trends and usage of AI, automated decisioning, and alerting and supervising in contact center environments.
