Essential Responsibilities

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through:

  • Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage Customer Accounts: Provide technical support and manage customer accounts with ease
  • Application Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into our system
  • Online Chat Inquiries: Respond to online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Interpret and Follow Defined Procedures and Policies: Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
  • Creative Problem-Solving Skills: Think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Adapt to changing projects and updates with ease
  • Time and Task Management: Prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Moderate to Advanced Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer software and systems

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be an asset. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish Bilingual skills, would also be beneficial.
