Director, Digital Operations, Remote
For our client, we are seeking a Director Digital Operations Remote to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will support financial planning, forecasting, and operational performance initiatives that improve business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen planning processes, financial discipline, and scalable operations. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and long-term financial strategy within a Business Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $165,000 – $230,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Capability OBP team
- Own the Capability OBP operating model, including role definition, standards, and expectations
- Ensure OBPs provide consistent, high-impact support to Digital Business Unit leaders
- Oversee and guide the team through monthly close, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting processes
- Align Digital financial plans with enterprise targets and strategic priorities
- Define and scale processes to create decision-ready insights for the organization
- Identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in operation management or FP&A
- 3+ years leading lean teams in complex, matrixed environments
- Professional services or consulting experience
- Strong background in financial & operational management
