Key Responsibilities

As a Dutch Customer Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first contact resolutions to customer queries, either via phone, email, or chat, in a timely and professional manner
  • Offering specialized customer support, including troubleshooting, product information, and order management
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to customers
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2) for effective communication with customers
  • Intermediate level of English (at least B2) for training and documentation purposes
  • Strong communication skills, including excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a logical approach to resolving issues
  • A desire to learn and advance, with a curious and investigative mindset
  • High-speed internet access and a suitable home office setup for remote work
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
  • Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, or be a local candidate
