Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Customer Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, issue resolution, and upselling/cross-selling services. You'll work closely with our sales and customer success teams to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and existing customer relationships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, issue resolution, and upselling/cross-selling services
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective issue resolution, proactive communication, and personalized support
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of arenaflex
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion rates
  • Participate in regular sales and customer success meetings to discuss progress, share best practices, and align on sales strategies

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proven ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and other relevant technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and develop expertise
  • Certification in sales, customer success, or a related field (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices
