Your primary duties will include: * Responding to inbound customer messages in a timely and helpful manner * Applying approved messaging templates to ensure accurate and efficient responses * Flagging escalated issues that require deeper investigation or support from supervisors * Completing chat documentation using predefined labels to maintain smooth handoffs and internal tracking * Working independently in a remote setting with access to a browser-based dashboard and team chat for real-time assistance What You Bring to the Table To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities: * No prior work experience or formal education required * Solid English writing and reading comprehension skills * Basic computer literacy, including comfort with tabs, forms, and typing fields * Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute * Self-motivation and attention to detail * A quiet space to work with minimal distractions Technical Requirements To perform your duties effectively, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements: * A desktop or laptop computer with Windows or macOS operating system * A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps * A modern web browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari * No special software or plugins required Compensation and Schedule Flexibility As a Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you can expect: * A competitive pay rate of up to $35 per hour based on performance and shift * Weekly payments made via secure online platforms * Flexibility to choose your own shifts each week, including workdays, evenings, or weekends * No mandatory minimum hours * Bonuses available for speed and quality metrics Training and Onboarding Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. You'll complete a short, self-paced training module that covers: * Chat platform navigation * Common customer issues * How to use scripts and messaging templates * What to do in special cases * Short exercises to prepare you for live chat situations Once you complete the training, you'll be cleared to begin paid shifts right away. Our training is text-based, meaning there are no phone calls, no Zoom sessions, and no interviews required.
