The Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, India. As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value to our customers. Your technical prowess, commitment to customer success, and dedication to rapid response will ensure that our customers' data remains protected and available, no matter the challenges they face.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide enterprise technical support to customers via phone, web, email, chat, and other support channels as required

  • Deliver practical solutions to technical and non-technical users while supporting a wide range of technologies and cloud deployments
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical and business requirements
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex technical issues
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on arenaflex products and technologies
  • Identify and escalate critical issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage
  • Work in shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of our global customer base

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, customer success, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data management, security, and recovery strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and technologies
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data protection and recovery tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience with cloud deployments and virtualization technologies
  • Certification in data protection and recovery (e.g., CompTIA Security+)
  • Experience with arenaflex products and technologies in a customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of data management and security best practices
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
