Experienced Customer Service Representative – Amazon Customer Support Careers

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for Amazon customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries, complaints, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues
  • Guiding customers through website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
  • Referring complex queries or complaints to the relevant department, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
  • Assisting customers with order processing, modification of existing orders, and shipment details, providing clear and concise information
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database

Eligibility Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service is a plus

Language:

English language proficiency (written and verbal) is essential for this role

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors are necessary
