Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with passengers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless travel experiences, resolving issues efficiently, and providing solutions that meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, resolving issues efficiently and effectively

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless travel experiences, resolving issues and providing solutions
  • Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to improve customer service
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, airline policies, and procedures to provide informed and accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 4-year college degree or equivalent significant work experience

  • 7+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of airline operations, policies, and procedures
