Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to advertisers and publishers, ensuring seamless onboarding, campaign management, and relationship building. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound communications (email, live chat, and phone) from advertisers and publishers related to onboarding, relationship, and campaign management
  • Onboarding and setting up new accounts, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients
  • Monitoring and optimizing ad campaigns to ensure performance targets are being met, providing timely support to inquiries according to SLAs
  • Generating reports for clients when needed, providing valuable insights to drive business growth
  • Communicating with cross-functional teams to relay pertinent information, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Suite to manage tasks, track progress, and maintain accurate records
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding client expectations

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zendesk a plus
  • Previous customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proactive, productive, and entrepreneurial attitude, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Previous experience working with ad platforms (including Google Adwords or Analytics, Yahoo, and The Trade Desk) a plus
  • Previous experience working with software systems a plus
