We're now hiring an Experienced Customer Service Representative II to join our remote call center team, providing top-notch support to patients and caregivers through our MyMercy (Epic MyChart) application.

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative II, you'll play a vital role in assisting patients and caregivers in successfully gaining access to the MyMercy application. You'll provide digital support over the telephone or through other electronic media, answering questions, troubleshooting basic access issues, and documenting interactions accurately in our enterprise tracking system. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide digital support to patients and caregivers through the MyMercy application, including: + Assisting with registering MyMercy accounts + Resetting passwords + Validating caller identification + Troubleshooting basic access issues

  • Answer questions related to accessing the application from patients and caregivers
  • Accurately document interactions in our enterprise tracking system
  • Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards

Qualifications

* Up to a year of customer service experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • 1 year of contact center experience preferred
  • Understanding of clinical/healthcare settings a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Proficiency in using technology, including electronic media and enterprise tracking systems
