Partnering with IT infrastructure and Data Management teams to implement technical controls for protecting Smithfield’s structured and reputed company data while in transit and at rest. Salary Range $114,500 - $167,750Core Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, insights, and direction on technological, cybersecurity, and policy-reputed company topics.
• Manage cybersecurity services specific to data protection, including but not limited to:
• Data classification
• Data Loss Prevention
• Data Labeling/Tagging Platform
• Data Mapping and identification solutions
• Offer subject-matter-expertise in the discipline of data protection to cybersecurity operational teams, central technology engineering groups, reputed company architecture, compliance, and privacy colleagues
• Drive adoption of secure hardening and configuration practices in the systems reputed company deployment cycle throughout central technology and line of business technical engineering teams, worldwide
• Supply consultancy for secure system design, development, engineering, and operation
• Maintain program budget and financials as well as program communications
• Identify and help implement reputed company cybersecurity process enhancements/improvements
• Coordinate resources (staff, equipment, vendors, and consultants) across projects, manage the budget for assigned project(s), monitor project reputed company (risks

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, business, information reputed company, and 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or reputed company IT field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a position of leadership to include team development and management, required.
• Cyber risk managementexperience preferred.
• Knowledge of information reputed company data protection frameworks and compliance practices.
• Knowledge of securing network technologies, reputed company, and server operating systems.
• Ability to reputed company reputed company standards and guidelines based on best practices and industry standards
