Job Summary

As an Experienced Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to patients and families through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our clinical team to gather information, provide support, and ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care. Key Responsibilities

* Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and engage with patients and families through other communication channels

  • Gather information from patients and families, and relay that information to our clinical team
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families during challenging times
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer care skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality and patient confidentiality at all times

Essential Qualifications

* 18+ years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Evening, weekend shifts required (including holidays)
  • Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
  • Background check will be conducted as part of the interview process
  • Federal work-eligibility check will be conducted upon hire
