Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for researching, gathering, and analyzing customer data to uncover key insights and drive business decisions. You'll work closely with our Information Adventures team, collaborating with business and product partners to tackle complex business challenges and identify new opportunities. Your expertise will shape our products, inform our business strategies, and drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of product launches and business initiatives
- Collaborate with business and product partners to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
- Work with data stewards and data engineering teams to collect and process data from various sources
- Develop and maintain data quality instruments to ensure accurate and reliable data
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, including hypothesis testing, statistical inference, and data visualization
- Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, using clear and compelling narratives
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics)
- Strong experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau)
- Proficiency in data quality instruments (e.g., Collibra Information Quality, SAS Information Management, IBM InfoSphere Data Server)
- Experience with data processing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations on cloud platforms (e.g., Google Bigquery, Hive)
- Strong understanding of data modeling and business intelligence concepts
- Prior experience in the retail or finance industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence models
- Familiarity with data warehousing and business intelligence tools (e.g., Teradata, Hive, AWS Redshift)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., D3.js, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
