The Role
As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll engage in crafting personalized emails to communicate effectively with clients, conduct thorough research on various destinations, culinary delights, and activities, and collaborate with suppliers to tailor experiences. You'll ensure all client experience documents and invoices are up to date and arrange logistics, focusing on providing value through our preferred partners.
