Your Role as a Work at Home Customer Service Representative

As a Work at Home Chat Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, engaging with customers through chat and email to resolve their queries and address their concerns. Your tasks will involve:

  • Answering general questions and addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching answers, proposing alternative solutions, and implementing those solutions
  • Escalating unresolved issues as necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance

Position Details

* Contract Length: Enjoy the flexibility of a role with no fixed term, allowing you to work at your own pace and schedule

  • Rate: $35 per hour, competitive and reflective of your expertise and dedication
