Home Loan Consultant
Job Description:
- Provide high quality service by assisting potential and current customers in selecting the best mortgage options
- Take ownership to resolve problems and meet customer needs upon successfully obtaining the necessary state mortgage originator licenses
- Analyze applicant information to determine whether the customer qualifies for a beneficial loan program
- Communicate the loan program terms and benefits available to the customer as well as the loan process
- Ensure all required documents are returned and disclosures are signed in a timely manner
- Follow our sales process and QA requirements to remain compliant
- Meet and/or exceed the Sales KPI’s set by Management
- Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- At least one (1) year of mortgage sales experience working as bank loan officer or in similar role
- Home Loan Consultant must pass the NMLS SAFE exam within the first 30 days of this role.
