Site/Civil (Land Development) Project Engineer

About the position ATCS is rapidly growing and seeking a qualified, passionate Land Development (Site/Civil) Project Engineer. This position offers an excellent opportunity to play an integral role in the organization's growing Site/Civil group based in Largo, MD. The role involves driving quality deliverables on-time and on-budget, developing innovative technical land development design solutions, working collaboratively with a team of go-getters and industry leaders, and engaging in strong client relationships through frequent communications. The engineer will design diverse projects including mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial development.

Responsibilities

  • Driving quality deliverables on-time and on-budget
  • Developing innovative technical land development design solutions
  • Working collaboratively with a team of go-getters and industry leaders
  • Engaging in strong client relationships through frequent communications
  • Designing diverse projects including mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering
  • EIT and/or Maryland PE
  • 5-8 years of private-sector land development engineering experience
  • Familiarity with state and municipal design and development processes
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D
  • Experience in Maryland - specifically Charles, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, and/or Montgomery Counties
