Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Panama. As a key member of our collaborative team, you'll be responsible for supporting our crew across all disciplines, identifying workflow inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to enhance team performance and productivity. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in our development process across disciplines.
• Preserve, extend, and aid present development gear, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Build and guide custom asset pipelines, streamlining workflows and enhancing team productivity.
• Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures, driving innovation and excellence.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A strong passion for empowering others to do their best work.
• Experience with the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Proficiency in operating with custom standalone gear, with a focus on growth and optimization.
• Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

• Experience with custom game engines, including Unreal or Unity.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Net Tech, with a focus on web and cloud application development.
• Experience with required utility materials, including C#, C++, and Python.
