What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and maintain the employer's AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC programs, including frameworks and policies
• Conduct periodic and event-driven reviews of customers to assess risks
• Provide advanced analysis and specialized reporting to support business partners
• Prepare summaries, presentations, and documentation to effectively report on FCRM program status
• Deliver training programs for employees across the organization

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial crime risk management
• Strong understanding of business operations, products, and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to conduct research and assess risks and controls
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Background in AML investigations or prior SAR writing experience
• Experience with quality control (QC) or quality assurance (QA)
• ACAMS certification is a plus
• Experience in developing training programs related to financial crime risk management
• Familiarity with external regulatory bodies and compliance documentation
