Job Description:

  • Lead paid performance marketing strategy and programs
  • Own paid search, social, display, media, programmatic and emerging digital channels
  • Build a performance engine that scales efficiently across geographies and products
  • Define and develop acquisition strategies across paid channels
  • Drive experimentation frameworks for bidding, creative testing, and audience segmentation
  • Be the owner for paid performance dashboards
  • Partner with Marketing teams and Finance to refine attribution models
  • Lead and mentor a global team of paid media professionals

Requirements:

  • Typically, 10+ years in digital marketing
  • Roles overseeing paid media and growth strategies
  • Proficiency in harnessing new-age AI platforms and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Adobe stack, Ahrefs)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to inspire and guide diverse teams
  • Ability to develop long-term strategies that align with business objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
