Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Taking all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner
  • Assisting customers with appointment scheduling and ensuring a smooth experience
  • Collaborating with Service Managers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies to provide expert support
  • Staying up-to-date on marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in using phones and computers to navigate our systems and technologies
  • A professional and polite demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for delivering world-class customer experiences
  • Call Center and Appointment Setting experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple calls simultaneously
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment, with a high volume of calls and a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of dealership systems and technologies, including CRM software and inventory management systems
