Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless, efficient, and memorable
  • Handling all aspects of ticketing and making reservations for passengers, including tagging and lifting passenger's luggage to a bag belt for transport to the ramp
  • Proactively greeting customers, assessing their needs, explaining arenaflex's available options, and directing them accordingly
  • Positively influencing customers' use of airport facilities to ensure a better, faster, and friendlier airport experience for all customers
  • Displaying a positive image of arenaflex at all times
  • Keeping customers informed while ensuring transportation services
  • Efficiently coordinating with internal assets while working under stress and time constraints to dispatch flights on time
  • Performing a variety of responsibilities in accordance with the practical work location assignment; however, agents can be cross-applied and required to carry out all functions
  • Subject to rotating shifts and stale days
  • May require outdoor work
  • Practicing safety-aware behaviors in all operational procedures and procedures

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
  • Embracing diverse people, cultures, and styles
  • Consistently prioritizing safety and security, of self and others
  • Demonstrating that privacy is a concern while managing personal data
  • Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written conversation
  • Employee should have valid work documents to work/live in the United States at the time of applying
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Frequently lift baggage or objects weighing up to and including 50 pounds
  • Occasionally lift baggage or objects weighing between 50 and 70 pounds
  • Possess entry-level computer abilities
  • Employee should be able to type at least 30 wpm to efficiently use the agent's computer system
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills using proper grammar, tone, and pronunciation
  • Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge

While not required, experience and/or education in ticketing is preferred. If you have a background in customer service, ticketing, or a related field, you'll be well on your way to success in this role.
