Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering tailored solutions that meet our clients' unique needs. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Client Relationship Managers, to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Utilize knowledge of our products and services to offer personalized recommendations and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and client satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

  • Familiarity with and experience using Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel)
  • Strong clerical skills, including data entry and document organization
  • Basic computational skills, including converting fractions to decimals, division, multiplication, etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of emails from multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Highly organized, self-starter, who is detail-oriented
  • Friendly, professional, helpful, and willing to participate in various company activities

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience

  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
