About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class service to our customers, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience. You will be responsible for connecting with customers via phone, assessing their needs, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner

  • Assess customer needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
  • Offer travel-related services and promote credit card vendor partner products
  • Interact with a globally diverse group of customers and colleagues
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess strong computer skills and be comfortable navigating software applications, email, instant messaging, and internet searches
  • Have a professional attitude with excellent dependability, flexibility, and the ability to handle stressful situations
  • Able to learn and react quickly to changing situations

  • Performance-based incentives after six months probation period

What We're Looking For

* Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles

  • Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority
  • Possesses correct legal documentation to live and work in Singapore
  • Must be a Singapore citizen
  • Be fluent in written and verbal English
  • This role requires computer skills and comfort with navigating software applications, email, instant messaging, and internet searches
  • Must be able to demonstrate clear, pleasant, and courteous verbal and written communication using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
  • Must have a flexible schedule as this position will require you to work weekends, holidays, and including night shift
  • Preferred Diploma holders and above. Consideration will be given to candidates who have relevant work experience in a contact centre environment
