The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients via live chat, handling a wide range of inquiries and issues. You'll work remotely, using your smartphone or tablet to access our platform and provide support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via live chat, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a calm and composed manner
  • Assist potential clients with their queries and provide information about our services
  • Work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues

Requirements:

* Access to a smartphone or tablet (iPhone, iPad, Android Smartphone, or Android Tablet)

  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • 5+ hours availability per week
