AI Data Annotoator & Trainer (Remote)
Role: AI Data Annotator & Trainer (Remote) Location: Remote Payout: $18 - $30/hour Role Overview We are hiring AI Data Annotators and Trainers to label, evaluate, and improve AI model outputs across text, image, and multimodal tasks. In this role, you will apply structured rubrics, write training prompts, and rank AI responses to improve model quality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and a strong written communicator.
Key Responsibilities
- Label and annotate data across text, image, and multimodal tasks.
- Evaluate AI and LLM output quality using structured rubrics.
- Write training prompts and creative responses to improve AI systems.
- Rank and compare AI outputs based on clear evaluation criteria.
- File clean evaluation reports with written justification.
- Contribute to rubric design and annotation guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (or currently enrolled).
- Strong written communication and language fluency.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to follow detailed evaluation guidelines and rubrics.
- Comfort working with structured tools and dashboards.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in linguistics, writing, journalism, or content evaluation.
- Prior experience with annotation platforms or AI training work.
- Native fluency in a non-English language.
- Subject matter expertise (STEM, legal, medical, finance).
- Experience with data tools or basic analytics.
