As the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, you will provide resolutions efficiently and accurately, ensuring employee information integrity while supporting HR initiatives that empower employees to do their best work. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, providing resolutions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee data through effective management of HR systems and processes.
• Support company-wide HR programs, ensuring smooth execution to enhance employee engagement.
• Learn and implement tools and techniques to streamline, optimize, and automate HR processes.
• Create, update, and manage the HR knowledge base to assist employees effectively.
• Analyze, intake, and operationalize new employee services, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Conduct system audits and testing to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality, and document findings for process improvements.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proficiency with Workday HCM tools, including experience in Mass Uploads (EIB).
• Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong logical reasoning skills for complex problem-solving.
• A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

• Experience as a Workday Data Analyst, in HR operations, or as an HR Generalist.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
