Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to enhance their shopping experience
  • Leading shifts on a regular basis, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring seamless operations
  • Maintaining a high level of store appearance and providing fast and friendly service to customers
  • Interacting with customers daily, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their needs
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve daily goals and objectives
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of employees
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical requirements as outlined in the job description
