Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Virtual Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through phone calls, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate support

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and concerns, and respond accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and resolve conflicts
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 1+ year of call center experience, preferably in a healthcare or customer service environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in using technology, including dual monitors and keyboard shortcuts
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 25 WPM
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must reside in the US and be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Successfully complete the mandatory paid 4-week training program with 100% attendance

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

  • Knowledge of healthcare claims and enrollment processes
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
