Responsibilities

As an Administrative Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in various databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Responding to inquiries and providing information regarding data and records to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files and records, retrieving and filing documents as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets.
